A phone or skype conversation is made prior to the session and the
receiver has to allow a specific time to be undisturbed while lying
down quietly in order to fully receive the benefits from the

During these sessions I am accompanied by a group of beings from
higher dimensions and by your guides and your Divine Presence. I am
directed and I often channel directions or messages for you. I also
draw upon my shamanic knowledge, as well as many learned modalities
in order to facilitate the change needed at the moment. I anchor
this work into the physicality so that you feel balanced and whole.
